Aakriti Bamniyal

Senior Vice President, IVCA

Aakriti joined IVCA in 2011 as AVP, Membership Services. She now oversees key areas such as Memberships, Sponsorships, Partnerships and all International Relationships. She plays a pivotal role in managing the Private Equity ecosystem, and spearheads IVCA Limited Partners, Global Investors, and Climate & Sustainability councils.

Her primary focus lies in managing investor relations, both international and domestic, including limited partners and family offices. She is instrumental in planning and executing IVCA’s key conferences, notably IVCA’s flagship event ‘IVCA Conclave’ and international LP gatherings ‘Maximum India Conclave.’

Aakriti holds a degree in Commerce from Delhi University, India. Additionally, she pursued Aircraft Management Studies and gained valuable experience at Wipro Spectramind as a Process Trainer for over 3 years. She then transitioned to Star Air Consulting as a Business Analyst, conducting market surveys and feasibility studies in the airline sector, contributing significantly to intra-regional connectivity.

Outside of work, Aakriti is passionate about pets and strays. She supports animal institutions & NGOs and actively contributes & participates in animal feeding and adoption drives. As a hobby she enjoys exploring new travel destinations.
