Refund Policy

IVCA requires full payment for any program at the time of registration unless agreed upon otherwise. Refunds are generally not provided but may be considered at IVCA’s sole discretion, subject to certain deductions for administrative and marketing expenses.

Key Provisions:

  • Non-Transferable Registration: Enrollment in any IVCA program is non-transferable. It is the registrant's responsibility to evaluate the suitability of the program before completing registration.
  • Refunds on Program Cancellation: Should IVCA cancel a program or event, refunds will be processed according to the specific terms outlined for that event. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Method:

To complete payment for any IVCA service, you must use a valid payment method. IVCA does not store sensitive payment information, such as credit card details. We partner with third-party payment gateways for secure transactions. By using these services, you agree to abide by their terms.

Liability:

IVCA is not responsible for any losses incurred due to the use of third-party payment gateways. Additionally, we do not collect OTP or authentication information during the payment process. If you suspect any unauthorized transaction, it is your responsibility to report it to your financial institution immediately.
