PR Srinivasan (PRS) has been an active investor for over 3 decades, working for 4 fund managers and 8 funds. He is the Founder & Managing Partner of Xponentia Capital, Mumbai with assets under management of INR 1800cr. PRS started his investing career in TDICI at Bengaluru (currently ICICI Ventures). He moved to Delhi to be a co-founder of HSBC Private Equity India to set up a team that raised one of India’s first few USD denominated funds. He later worked with Citigroup Private Equity, Mumbai and was part of a team that raised two multi-billion-dollar emerging market funds. PRS is an engineering graduate from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai and a post-graduate in management from IIM Bangalore.
